Subject: Tiger Baby, the dog brutalized in Delhi High Court on 23 April 2020 to target #GE $GE whistle-blower & #MeToo survivor Seema Sapra
So last evening I met Tiger Baby the dog outside Delhi High Court and he was fine around 8.30 pm.
I found him in the Delhi High Court premises after 11 om badly brutalized. Someone appears to have held him and then used a blunt force instrument to land blows upon his teeth and lower jaw. His canine teeth and all other teeth are broken. He cannot close his mouth. One canine teeth is sticking out at a horizontal position. Pictures are attached. He was bleeding.
He was attacked only to target me. It is most likely that he was cornered and attacked inside the Delhi High Court by Police and CRPF men.

Subject: Police organized mob attacks on #GE $GE whistle-blower & #MeToo #CORPGOV survivor Seema Sapra with stones, sticks outside Delhi High Court gate 8
For the last six days I have been daily poisoned while resting in my car outside Delhi High Court gate 8 between 8pm to 11pm with chemical agents which made me unconscious. This happened on 22.April as well from 9 to 11pm.
On 22April, around 8.12pm, a group of 7-8 men including a senior CRPF man from the Delhi High Court attached CRPF mess, Sanjiv Kumar, the Director Technical in MTNL and resident of C1/65 Bapa Nagar, another man wielding some kind of baton, and 4 other men on two bicycles and on foot again attacked me in my car parked outside gate 8 of Delhi High Court. They sorrounded my car, poisoned me, were carrying sticks and also went after both me and the dogs I look after. Pictures attached. CCTV needs to be preserved.

Incident of 16 April 2020After shopping for groceries in Pandara Road area, the Petitioner was walking back to Bapa Nagar around 19.10. I was poisoned exiting from Pandara Park area onto Zakir Hussain marg by some men waiting there. I was again repeatedly poisoned with chemical agents by men who were waiting for me along the service lane of Bapa Nagar along Subramanium Bharati Marg. There was a man in a white shirt who was following me along this stretch.
I reached the park outside the CRPF mess and decided to sit there for a while. I have been sitting here daily at this time. Several CRPF men were around the Park.
At around 19.51 a group of 5-6 men walked toward the park where I was sitting. They started heckling and abusing me and threatening me with physical violence.
I immediately realized they were trouble and included persons who have been targeting me. I picked up my phone to record them. The first thing one of them said to me was that he would slap me. They then started hurling stones and flowerpots inside the park where I was sitting. One of them climbed up over the fence and said "main aa raha hoon". I was seated on the grass and immediately realised that these men intended to hurt me. The men were also shouting -Aur video banayegi". The stones were still being thrown at me and barely missed hitting me. I walked toward the park exit. The men continued to throw stones and one of them missed my head and hit the large trash cans outside the park near the exit.
As I walked away, I saw several CRPF and possibly other men standing along the park, all watching this attack on me and no one intervened.
I reached the T-point where the road from gates 6 and 7 meets Bapa Nagar Road. This is where the back lane starts with the servant quarters between the blocks of houses including C1/49 and C1/47.
A large mob was gathered at the begininng of this back lane. This mob comprised of people occupying the servant quarters and jhuggis along this back lane and some other men including some on mobikes. They were waiting for me again showing that this attacl was well-planned.
I did not go to my car outside gate 8. Instead, I anticipated further attacks and instead moved toward gate 7 of the Delhi High Court.
I stood at gate 7 for the next two hours. I called 112 but someone in the Police Control Room terminated my call. I contacted the DCP New Delhi Eish Singhal by text message and the SHO Tilak Marg by text message but they did nothing. I uploaded the two videos of the men attacking me onto YouTube. I emailed these videos to the Police, the Delhi High Court, the Supreme Court and other authrorities. I sent these videos to DCP New Delhi Eish Singhal and 7SHO Tilak Marg Devinder Singh Virk but there was no response. I tweeted these videos to several persons and sent them to Supreme Court and High Court officials and to several lawyers by text. Not one person responded.
The mob gathered at ths aforesaid TPoint to target me and attack me kept standing there for the next hour or so watching me standing outside gate 7.
I told several policemen in Delhi High Court about the stones thown at me by 5-6 men but none of them did anything.
After the mob dispersed, around 10.30 pm, I walked from gate 7 to my car parked near gate 8.
Even there till around 12 am, some persons (Men and women) targeting me kept lurking on the road around the T-Point, around the servant quarters opposite gate 9, and on the road between gate 9 and the Delhi High Court construction site.
I was repeatedly poisoned with chemical agents that night outside the Delhi High Court from around 12am till 4am.
There have been around 10 incidents of mob attacks and actual violence openly directed at me since March 2020.
I filed Writ Petition Diary No. 9134/2020 before the Supreme Court on 5March 2020 and there is a clear connection between these attacks and the filing of that Writ Petition.
A copy of Supreme Court Writ Petition Diary No. 9134/2020 has been filed by me on 7 March 2020 in Delhi High Court Writ Petition Criminal 438/2018 and in Delhi High Court Contempt Case Criminal 3/2012.
Supreme Court Writ Petition Civil Diary No. 9134/2020 seeks housing.
Supreme Court Writ Petition Civil Diary No. 9134/2020 has after scrutiny by the Supreme Court Registry been notified with some minor defects.

Since 22March 2020, I have again been sleeping in my stationary car parked outside Delhi High Court. The Supreme Court, the High Court and the Police are all aware of this fact.
This is what is happening.

There is a grave and imminent danger to my life from this man who has obvious anger management issues and who enjoys hitting dogs with a hockey stick.
On 14 April, I returned to my car around 8.30 pm.
First a group of persons living in servant quarters in lane between C1/49 and C1/47 Bapa Nagar abused and threatened me as can be seen on one of the videos.
After sometime a mob assembled in front of gate 9 Delhi High Court from the servant quarters in front of it. These persons encouraged and instructed by men inside the court at gate 8, started heckling and harassing the dogs.
The dogs mostly ignored them.
After this, two men on a mobike drove past gate 8, hooting at me, abusing me and calling me "Paagal".
Then these two men on mobike drove past gate 8 again at very high speed and threw a cardboard box at the dogs.
The two men on mobike then stopped outside the CRPF mess and talked to some persons waiting there.
They then prepared to come back to where I was standing near my car. I moved to the middle of the road to intercept them. They saw that, commented on it and stopped between C1/49 and C1/49. From there they started throwing large stones at me. All of this is recorded in the attached videos.
After a few minutes, these men along with a few other gathered in front of C1/57 Bapa Nagar and started throwing stones toward me. One stone hit my car.
I called the Police at 112. Before a PCR could even reach, a police Gypsy from Tilak Marg thana turned up along with a policeman on a mobike. These persons appear to have been involved in the attacks on me. They left.
A PCR turned up. I showed them the videos and told them what had happened. They did nothing.
A police vehicle from Tilak Marg thana turned up. It had Inspector Rajbala in it. There was a male policeman in plain clothes. I told them what had happened and showed them the videos. They did nothing and left.
After this the mob reappeared outside gate 9. Some persons also appeared behind C1/49.
I ignored them.
After a short while, a man on a mobike wearing a CRPF uniform came and stopped near me. He stopped even though the dogs did not go near him. He was carrying a large piece of a concrete brick. Please see the video of this incident. He started threatening to hit the dogs with this. This concrete brick was large enough to kill the dogs.
I tried to reason with him and then moved away taking the dogs with me.
This CRPF man came after me and the dogs with the brick and then took aim and hurled the brick at the dogs and at me. It hit one of the dogs. All of this is on video.
There were some people right behind this CRPF man including one wearing khakhi police trousers who handed this CRPF man a lathi. These men then tried to hit the dogs with lathis. I moved forward and saw an armed mob behind these men. I immediately moved closer to gate 8 and dialled 112 (police) again. It took 2-3 calls but I asked for the Police saying I was under attack.
Then the same PCR came. Did nothing. It went away.
Then two gypsies of policemen arrived saying they were from Tilak Marg thana. These men also did nothing. They started mocking me. One asked if I had a licence for the dogs. They then threatened to get the NDMC to pick up and kill the dogs. I told them not to threaten me.
Similar patterns of harassment and targeting have been going on for the last three weeks.
Several persons in these mobs have directly threatened to hit and kill me in the last 3 weeks.
None of this can happen without being facilitated by the Police. There are Delhi High Court and Police CCTV cameras on the road running along Delhi High Court gates 7, 8 and 9.
Besides lawyer Yashwant Jain occupying c2/50, the family occupying C2/52 Bapa Nagar is also involved in me being targeted. A man named U J Chamargore (NHAI engineer), and his wife, r/o C2/52 bapa Nagar, are being used to poison me outside Delhi High Court gate 8.
Everytime I am at my car where it be the morning, or 8 pm, or 10 pm or 11 pm, large hostile, aggressive, violent mobs collect on the road outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court even though this is a lockdown with section 144 imposed. This is CCTV area, and this can only happen with police facilitation.
I made 6 calls to 112/100 last evening. Despite being shown video evidence, the Police did nothing. In fact, the most violent attack last night took place after the Police left and it was planned and instigated by the Police and executed with Police assistance.
