I am being poisoned very aggressively.
I returned to Rajokari on Friday around 4 pm. From around 10 pm on Friday 11 July to until 3 am on 13 July, fumes of some kind of anaesthetic gas were released into my premises nonstop. I spent most of those 30 hours sleeping/ unconscious.
Today on 13 July, some extremely corrosive fumes causing instantaneous inflammation of my throat are being released into my premises since around 11 am nonstop for the last 13 hours. In addition, some kind of nerve agent fumes causing instant mucous generation are being released into my premises since around 7 pm this evening. Some other poisonous chemical fumes are also being released.
This is an ongoing attempt to murder. Street lights are switched off again. I went out and some men were lurking outside. I may be murdered tonight.
The fact that the order passed in my cases on 11 July has still not been uploaded increases the risk to my life. That means the files are still with Chief Justice Upadhyay and Justice Anish Dayal. There is a threat to my life from Anish Dayal. Anish Dayal cannot hear my cases.
If attempts are on to kill me tonight, then that means some lawyers and the Judges will cover it up tomorrow.
I need to say the following. It is the truth.
I am a victim of judicial corruption. Delhi High Court Judges Valmiki Mehta and P S Teji acted corruptly in refusing to let me present my case and in then issuing a judgment in WPC 1280/2012 which covered up the corruption complaints and evidence against General Electric Company (now GE Aerospace) and which covered up the fact that lawyers from AZB & Partners appeared for GE in this case using forged and fraudulent authority documents. This judgment of Valmiki Mehta and P S Teji is vitiated by fraud on the Court and is liable to be declared null and void on the ground of fraud on the Court. Montek Singh Ahluwalia and Manmohan Singh were implicated in the corruption complaints against GE. Then Delhi High Court ASG A S Chandhiok played a big role in facilitating the fraud on the Court and in facilitating judicial corruption in WPC 1280/2012. Soli Sorabjee, Zia Mody and Bahram Vakil of AZB had earlier helped cover up the corruption complaints in Enron's Dabhol Project in which GE was also involved. They helped cover up GE corruption in my case too relating to the Indian Railways Marhowra diesel locomotive factory project.
AZB and lawyers from US law firm Gibson Dunn & Crutcher were used to help cover up my corruption complaints against GE. One of D Y Chandrachud's sons was working with AZB and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher at the relevant time. D Y Chandrachud himself and his father were involved in the cover up of the Enron Dabhol corruption. DY Chandrachud was brought to the Supreme Court with the help of Soli Sorabjee. D Y Chandrachud targeted me throughout his tenure in the Supreme Court.
Other persons who formed the group targeting me from at least 2010/2011 in order to help cover up my GE corruption complaints and to achieve their own ends were Arun Jaitley, and lawyers Raian Karanjawala, Mukul Rohatgi and Rajiv Nayar.
Several lawyers who were used to target me between 2010 and 2025 have been/ were made Judges of the Delhi High Court. These include Manmeet Arora, Prathiba Singh, Tara Ganju, Amit Mahajan, Amit Sharma, Sachin Datta, Anish Dayal, Sanjeev Narula, Ajay Digpaul, Jyoti Singh, Rekha Palli among others.
Both Prathiba and Maninder Singh were using their court clerks, juniors, clients etc to target me with chemical agents inside Delhi High Court. Abhijat Bal and Manmeet Arora who was working with A S Chandhiok were also using their court clerks, juniors and clients to target me with chemical agents inside Delhi High Court. A S Chandhiok and Abhijat Bal were using DHCBA staff and the cafeteria staff to target me with chemical agents inside Delhi High Court. Abhijat Bal was used to target me as DHCBA Secretary along with other DHCBA executive committee members including Mohit Mathur and Jatan Singh. Two DHCBA resolutions signed by Abhijat Bal in 2014 & 2019 were used to smear and target me.
There is a threat to my life from the persons and entities I have named in this note.
Since 2020, Amit Goel IPS 2014, his father former RAW Chief Samant Goel, NSA Ajit Doval , IAS Govind Mohan the present Home Secretary, Special CP Ajay Chaudhary have been used by Modi and Amit Shah to have me poisoned in Rajokari. They are continuing to have me poisoned. I have tweeted their names on Twitter.

Aishwarya Singh the Additional DCP 1 South West is also the daughter of IPS G P Singh who is connected to intelligence agencies, he headed the NIA, was posted to Assam, is close to Modi and Shah and has now been made head of the CRPF.
My life is in grave and immediate danger.
