1. On 20 June 2025, the Petitioner decided to visit the DCP South West Office hoping to meet the DCP South West Mr Amit Goel as it was a Friday.
2. When she got there, she found that the DCP South West was in a meeting in his Office with the Commissioner of Police Mr Sanjay Arora, the Joint Commissioner of Police New Delhi Range Mr Deepak Purohit, and with Special Commissioner of Police (presently heading Traffic) Mr Ajay Chaudhary. The two Additional DCPs for South West Ms Aishwarya Singh and Mr Mayank Bansal also joined the meeting.
3. The Petitioner has reason to believe that this unusual meeting that took place at the Office of the DCP South West on the evening of 20 June 2025 was to discuss the Petitioner Advocate Seema Sapra and her cases in the Delhi High Court.
4. Special Commissioner Ajay Chaudhary was the Additional DCP for South East Delhi in 2011 and 2012 when the Petitioner was being targeted and poisoned in her premises in Jangpura Extension.
5. Ajay Chaudhary was brought to this position from the Intelligence Bureau specifically to target and poison me when I was living in Jangpura Extension.
6. Ajay Chaudhary has continued to target Advocate Seema Sapra for the last 14 years.

Ajay Chaudhary's posting as Additional DCP South East Delhi was very unusual as his background did not include general policing even at the DCP level. At the same time, the DCP position under him was kept vacant, thereby concentrating all power in Ajay Chaudhary's hands.
Ajay Chaudhary's role in covering up the truth about the Batla House encounter also indicates that he has connections to foreign intelligence agencies like the CIA.

Police officer Ajay Chaudhary has been used to target me at least since 2011. In May 2011, he was appointed as Additional Commissioner of Police South East Delhi to further the conspiracy to eliminate me while I was living in Jangpura Extension. My house was rigged, I was drugged, chemicals & gases were released into my house, and local police, thugs, neighbours etc were used in a planned victimization and intimidation campaign that was intended to murder me and/or to falsely depict me as mentally ill once I approached the authorities.
My belongings and medical records were stolen under his watch with police participation on 30 May 2012. False affidavits targeting me were filed in court using other tainted police officers like Joy Tirkey under Ajay Chaudhary's watch.
Since 2013, he is Officer on Special Duty looking after police and legal affairs in the office of the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi. He is coordinating further attacks against me from that position misusing police resources and power.
Ajay Chaudhary appears to be a venally corrupt man who is involved in extortion, targetings and corruption. Annexed hereto is a copy of an email Seema Sapra had sent on 31 October 2014 titled "I am being targeted by police officer Ajay Chaudhary, presently OSD to the Lieutenant Governor - Seema Sapra, General Electric whistle-blower - WP Civil 1280 of 2012, a corruption whistle-blower petition in the Delhi High Court (Seema Sapra v General Electric Company and Others)".
9. The following order was passed in Delhi High Court WPC 1280/2012 on 25 May 2012. This order recorded the Petitioner's statement that the threat to her life also emanated from Ajay Chaudhary, then Additional DCP South East. The directions for protection passed in this order were never complied with. On the contrary, Ajay Chaudhary orchestrated a criminal conspiracy to illegally evict the Petitioner from her premises in her absence when she was in Court two days later. This was done to obstruct compliance with the protection order, and to destroy evidence.

Today during the course of hearing of the matter the petitioner had objected to the presence of one S.I. Sanjay Singh in Court stating that since she has leveled very serious allegations against him as well as his immediate boss Inspector Sanjeev Kumar, S.H.O. Sunil Kumar Sharma and the Additional Commissioner Ajay Chaudhary he should be asked to leave the Court and further that these police officers have been intimidating her and pressurizing her to give up this legal battle she feels apprehensive about her life and so she has sought protection. These grievances shall also be considered on 19th July, 2012. . The Commissioner of Police as well as all other concerned authorities entrusted with the task of protecting the citizens of the country are directed to ensure that no harm is caused to the petitioner, who is contesting this battle in person as a whistle blower. Counsel for the Delhi Police says that it is undoubtedly the duty of the police to protect all the citizens and so it will be ensured that no harm is caused to the petitioner by anyone, including policemen. . 10. The Petitioner submits that Ajay Chaudhary has been used to hound, target and poison the Petitioner for the last 14 years.
11. The clandestine meeting of the present CP Sanjay Arora, the present Jt CP Deepak Purohit and the DCP South West Amit Goel with Ajay Chaudhary in the office of DCP South West on 20 June 2025 5 days before the hearing in WPC 8353/2025 is a cause for grave concern.
12. The Petitioner seeks urgent directions to the CP Delhi Police, the Jt CP New Delhi Range, the DCP South West and to all other Officers of Delhi Police that they will not discuss the Petitioner or her cases with Ajay Chaudhary presently serving as Special Commissioner Traffic.
