Since yesterday I am being poisoned with a chemical that is causing almost immediate swelling and constriction of my throat. Also I am being poisoned with the same chemical that I was poisoned with in August 2016 which took me to the AIIMS emergency with 103 fever, I am also being poisoned with acidic and corrosive chemical fumes and with anesthetic agents and nerve agents. 

My trousers, bottoms and pyjamas have been tampered with in the hotel room. Some kind of corrosive and acidic substance has been applied to the crotch of these clothes.

I am again being poisoned with nerve agents, and acidic and very corrosive chemical fumes/ gases including in the New Delhi Hotel room that I am living in. 

I appeared today in the Supreme Court in my matter listed before Justice Deepak Gupta as a Chamber Judge. My writ petition seeking redress of my sexual harassment and sexual assault complaints against Raian Karanjawala and Soli Sorabjee was listed (diary no. 1377/2018). 

On my request the Court has granted me 6 weeks further time to remove some defects in the petition and to also file an application seeking orders to dispense with / waive some other office objections.  

I also met Mr Ram Kumar Choubey (Registrar Judicial) and asked him to read my letters addressed to the Registrar and filed on 13 July 2018 in Writ Petition Civil No. 13 of 2018 and in Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016, and to list these urgent matters before the Court for hearing as I am being poisoned. Mr Choubey was not cooperative at all, and was brusque and rude. I will inform the Court of this. 

The Attorney General Mr K K Venugopal, a close friend of Soli Sorabjee, targeted me today when I spoke to him in Court. I will bring this conversation to the attention of the Court.

This letter concerns Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 which was listed before Hon'ble Justice Kurien Joseph and Hon'ble Justice Sanjay Kaul on 13 July 2018 as directed by order dated 26-3-2018. This matter was then deleted from the causelist in the supplementary list issued on 12 July 2018. No reason was indicated for the deletion. 

Another matter of mine, Writ Petition 13 of 2018 which is a right to life petition seeking the following relief was listed as item 32 in Court 4 before Justice Kurien Joseph and Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, on 5 July 2018. 

"PRAYER

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to ;-

(i) Issue a writ of Mandamus to the Respondents to immediately ensure that the Petitioner whistle-blower is not poisoned or harmed or harassed or targeted or followed in any manner and to ensure that the fundamental right to life of the Petitioner who is a whistle-blower and a complaint of sexual harassment and sexual assault is not violated and that the petitioner who is an advocate, a whistleblower against General Electric Company Company and a complainant of sexual harassment against Raian Karanjawala and of sexual harassment and sexual assault against Soli J Sorabjee is protected and stays safe;

(ii) To pass such other orders and further orders and to issue such other and further writs as may be deemed necessary on the facts and in the circumstances of the case."

My matters are being heard by Justice Kurien Joseph's bench and have been listed before that Bench on several occasions when orders have been passed. 

Writ Petition Civil No. 13 of 2018 was adjourned for 4 weeks by Justice Kurien Joseph's Bench on 9 February 2018 and despite that order the registry did not list this matter until 5 July 2018. 

On 4 July 2018, I received a phone call from Mr Chary (Achary) (9810594145) from the Supreme Court Registry informing me that Writ Petition Civil No. 13/2018 was being deleted. He told me that the Registry had received a message from Justice Sanjay Kaul that he did not want to hear the matter. 

I had already mentioned in my filing Listing proforma filed in January 2018 that this case was not to be listed before Justice Sanjay Kaul. 

After speaking to Mr Chary, I checked the Supreme Court website and there was no notice regarding the deletion of my case from the causelist of 5 July 2018. 

I therefore called Mr Chary and informed him that the matter could not be deleted like this and that a recusal by a Judge could only happen in Court by a judicial order after a matter was listed. I also informed him that Justice Kurien Joseph had been hearing this and my other matters. I informed him that deletion of a matter because a Judge did not want to hear the matter was irregular and improper and that the proper procedure was for the matter to be listed so that the concerned Judge could pass a recusal order. I informed Mr Chary that I would be appearing in the matter on 5 July. 

I arrived at the Supreme Court on 5 July and the case was still showing as listed in the cause-list. I got a pass made. At 10 am, the policemen at Court 4 refused to let me enter the court room because my case was deleted. 

I was not allowed to even enter the court-room to mention the matter before Justice Kurien Joseph to request that his Bench continue to hear the matter or that an early date be given in the matter. Both the police and a court official specifically refused to allow me to enter court 4 to mention my matter. 

I met Mr Ramkumar Choubey (Registrar Judicial)on 5 July 2018  and apprised him of the entire matter. I received no immediate assistance from his office including help in mentioning the matter in court and was merely told that he would inquire into my concerns. 

Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 specifically directed by the last order to be listed on 13 July 2018 has also now been deleted from the causelist of 13 July 2018. 

I have the following concerns. 

On what ground were my cases deleted. 

Why was I not allowed to enter court 4 on 5 July 2018 and on 13 July 2018? Why was I not allowed to mention the cases before Justice Kurien Joseph if my cases were deleted. 

How can a case be simply deleted from the cause list if a Judge does not want to hear the matter when the proper procedure is for the Court to pass a recusal order. Does this not violate the CJI's powers as master of the roster. 

My matters are supposed to be listed before Justice Kurien Joseph's matter whose Bench has been hearing my cases. 

How can the Bench be changed without a formal recusal order? Any recusal order has to be passed in my presence after the case is listed. 

The police, staff of court 4 and the registry officials unlawfully obstructed me from entering Court 4 on 5 July 2018 where Writ Petition Civil 13 of 2018 was listed and where I was entitled to mention the matter if it was deleted. This amounts to obstruction of justice and contempt of court. I will be moving an application in Writ Petition Civil No. 13 of 2018  for contempt of court against the officers and policemen who obstructed me from entering court 4 to mention the matter. 

Meanwhile kindly ensure that my matters are listed before Justice Kurien Joseph's bench as a bench change cannot happen without a recusal order. 

Please order an investigation into this matter. Why is Writ Petition No. 13/2018 not being listed despite the order dated 9 February 2018 directing this matter to be listed after 4 weeks. 

Why was Writ Petition 13/2018 listed on 5 July 2018 and then clandestinely and allegedly deleted from the causelist without any notice being posted on the Supreme Court website. 

Kindly list Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 and Writ Petition Civil No. 13/2018 at the earliest, sometime next week. I am being poisoned, I am homeless and have no money or source of income. 

You are aware that Writ Petition 13/2018 is an urgent matter which complains of poisoning and seeks protection. I continue to be poisoned. 

I am a petitioner (a female advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi D1159/1995) who has made whistle-blower corruption complaints against General Electric Company and who has made a complaint of sexual harassment against lawyer Raian Karanjawala and a complaint of sexual harassment and sexual assault against lawyer Soli Sorabjee. 

I request you to ensure that the Registry does not violate or ignore the Hon'ble Supreme Court's orders and the Supreme Court Rules in my very sensitive cases. 

Highly poisonous chemical fumes and gases are being released into the hotel room I am staying at since 23 April 2018 on a daily basis including when I am asleep. Yesterday the poisoning was especially intensive and I had the following symptoms because of the poisoning. 

- weakness in legs,  joint and muscular stiffness,  dizziness,  nausea with cough,  fever,  extreme sleepiness caused by anesthetic fumes,  extreme and sudden weakness,  among other symptoms. The intent was to render me unconscious and incapacitate me and then use management of the premises to cover up the poisoning using doctors and the police. I was poisoned also with the same chemical that was used to poison me in the BandB in GK1 in August 2016 when I landed up in the AIIMS emergency with 103 fever. I have paid Rs 228000 for accommodation at this place since April 23, 2018. I also had upper and lower back pain yesterday because of this poisoning. This was a heart symptom and the result of a neurotoxin. If I had not managed to leave the hotel room yesterday (even though unbathed and wearing my night clothes) I would not be alive today. 

I continue to stay there because I have no other place to stay. I cannot complain to the hotel management because if I do or if I formally name the hotel, I will immediately be asked to vacate. The police will be of no help as they are being used to facilitate and cover up my complaints of poisoning. I have evidence that senior police officers including the present Joint Commissioner of Police for New Delhi, Ajay Chaudhary and the present Commissioner of Police Amulya Patnaik are both complicit in attempts to eliminate me since 2010. I had named both these officers in my court pleadings before the Delhi High Court in Writ Petition Civil No. 1280/2012. 

I am being followed 24/7. I am followed by teams of men on mobikes and in cars every time I take an auto. Attempts are being made to intercept my auto and attack and poison me. 

I am in grave and immediate danger and face an urgent threat to life. 

My Writ Petition Diary No. 1377 of 2018 seeking redress of my sexual harassment and sexual assault complaint against Soli Sorabjee and of sexual harassment against Raian Karanjawala is listed before the Chamber Judge in the Supreme Court on 16 July 2018. The intent is also to prevent me from appearing on that date. 

The case status for Writ Petition Civil No. 13 of 2018 is now showing a computer generated listing date for 24 August 2018. 

I found out about the deletion of Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 from the causelist today morning at the pass counter of the Supreme Court at 9.30 am. 

I point out that I am now feeling fine this morning but I will be poisoned again. 

The undue interference with the listing and hearing of my urgent cases constitutes an interference with my right to access justice and amounts to contempt of court.

I will be moving an application in Writ Petition Civil No. 13 of 2018  for contempt of court against the officers and policemen who obstructed me from entering court 4 to mention the matter. 

Meanwhile kindly ensure that my matters are listed before Justice Kurien Joseph's bench as a bench change cannot happen without a recusal order. 

Please order an investigation into this matter. Why is Writ Petition No. 13/2018 not being listed despite the order dated 9 February 2018 directing this matter to be listed after 4 weeks. 

Why was Writ Petition 13/2018 listed on 5 July 2018 and then clandestinely and allegedly deleted from the causelist without any notice being posted on the Supreme Court website. 

Kindly list Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 and Writ Petition Civil No. 13/2018 at the earliest, sometime next week. I am being poisoned, I am homeless and have no money or source of income. 

You are aware that Writ Petition 13/2018 is an urgent matter which complains of poisoning and seeks protection. I continue to be poisoned. 

I am a petitioner (a female advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi D1159/1995) who has made whistle-blower corruption complaints against General Electric Company and who has made a complaint of sexual harassment against lawyer Raian Karanjawala and a complaint of sexual harassment and sexual assault against lawyer Soli Sorabjee. 

I request you to ensure that the Registry does not violate or ignore the Hon'ble Supreme Court's orders and the Supreme Court Rules in my very sensitive cases. 

Highly poisonous chemical fumes and gases are being released into the hotel room I am staying at since 23 April 2018 on a daily basis including when I am asleep. Yesterday the poisoning was especially intensive and I had the following symptoms because of the poisoning. 

- weakness in legs,  joint and muscular stiffness,  dizziness,  nausea with cough,  fever,  extreme sleepiness caused by anesthetic fumes,  extreme and sudden weakness,  among other symptoms. The intent was to render me unconscious and incapacitate me and then use management of the premises to cover up the poisoning using doctors and the police. I was poisoned also with the same chemical that was used to poison me in the BandB in GK1 in August 2016 when I landed up in the AIIMS emergency with 103 fever. I have paid Rs 228000 for accommodation at this place since April 23, 2018. I also had upper and lower back pain yesterday because of this poisoning. This was a heart symptom and the result of a neurotoxin. If I had not managed to leave the hotel room yesterday (even though unbathed and wearing my night clothes) I would not be alive today. 

I continue to stay there because I have no other place to stay. I cannot complain to the hotel management because if I do or if I formally name the hotel, I will immediately be asked to vacate. The police will be of no help as they are being used to facilitate and cover up my complaints of poisoning. I have evidence that senior police officers including the present Joint Commissioner of Police for New Delhi, Ajay Chaudhary and the present Commissioner of Police Amulya Patnaik are both complicit in attempts to eliminate me since 2010. I had named both these officers in my court pleadings before the Delhi High Court in Writ Petition Civil No. 1280/2012. 

I am being followed 24/7. I am followed by teams of men on mobikes and in cars every time I take an auto. Attempts are being made to intercept my auto and attack and poison me. 

I am in grave and immediate danger and face an urgent threat to life. 

My Writ Petition Diary No. 1377 of 2018 seeking redress of my sexual harassment and sexual assault complaint against Soli Sorabjee and of sexual harassment against Raian Karanjawala is listed before the Chamber Judge in the Supreme Court on 16 July 2018. The intent is also to prevent me from appearing on that date. 

The case status for Writ Petition Civil No. 13 of 2018 is now showing a computer generated listing date for 24 August 2018. 

I found out about the deletion of Criminal Appeal Diary No. 10342/2016 from the causelist today morning at the pass counter of the Supreme Court at 9.30 am. 

I point out that I am now feeling fine this morning but I will be poisoned again. 

The undue interference with the listing and hearing of my urgent cases constitutes an interference with my right to access justice and amounts to contempt of court.
