This morning around 8.30 am, I was again targeted with highly poisonous chemical fumes while I was asleep in my car outside gate 8 of the Delhi High Court. 

Policemen posted at the High Court were involved. In particular one of them was circling my car on his motorbike and was either poisoning me himself or was facilitating my poisoning. They expected me to enter the High Court premises through the cabin. He placed himself there and targeted me with poisonous chemical fumes when I went in to take his picture. See pictures attached. 

I ask that the Delhi High Court Registrar preserve CCTV records including those of cameras outside gate 8.
